JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development Officer responsible to convince the clients/companies about our recruitment process, policies,advantages,supports etc. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Research prospective Job Opportunities in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
Understand the target markets including industries like, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering,Chemical Engineering and Fire and Safety companies, contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers.
Attending face-to-face meetings with clients.
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
Collaborate with HR teams and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
