We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the planned timeline.
1. Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out and architectural works.
2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
3. Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
4. Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
5. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
6. Identify and resolve on-site issues and technical challenges.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
8. Track material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
10. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
11. Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
12. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.
* Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or corporate interior projects.
