We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Designer to prepare structural drawings and detailed fabrication drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
1. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for structural steel, fabrication components, and piping layouts.
2. Develop GA drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings..
3. Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and calculations into accurate drawings.
4. Prepare piping isometrics, spool drawings, and support details.
5. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams for design updates.
6. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
7. Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
8. Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
9. Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.
* Proven experience as an AutoCAD, Solidworks Designer in Structural / Fabrication / Piping projects.
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
* Knowledge of structural detailing, steel fabrication drawings, and piping systems.
* Familiarity with codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, IS codes, etc.).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
