We are seeking Mechanical Supervisors to oversee structural, piping, fabrication, erection, and installation activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the planned schedule.
1. Supervise structural fabrication, piping fabrication, erection, and installation activities.
2. Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor workforce productivity.
3. Interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and fabrication isometrics.
4. Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
5. Monitor welding, fit-up, alignment, hydrotesting, and mechanical installation activities.
6. Coordinate with production, QA/QC, planning, stores, and project teams.
7. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment for smooth execution.
8. Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records.
9. Implement and enforce HSE policies and safe work practices.
10. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
11. Support inspections, client visits, and project handover activities.
* Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding methods, piping standards, and erection techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
