We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI Electrician to install, wire, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems associated with industrial and commercial heating equipment.
1. Install and commission electrical wiring for heating systems, ovens, furnaces, heaters, and related equipment. 2. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. 3. Assemble and wire electrical control panels. 4. Connect motors, sensors, temperature controllers, contactors, relays, and circuit breakers. 5. Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and fault rectification. 6. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of heating equipment. 7. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures. 8. Coordinate with mechanical technicians during installation and commissioning. 9. Maintain tools, equipment, and service records. 10. Support customer sites during installation and service visits. 11. Report daily work progress to the supervisor.
1. Knowledge of electrical wiring and panel assenbly 2. Understanding of single phase and three phase electrical systems 3. Familiarity with MCB's, MCCB's, contractors, relays, and temperature controllers. 4. Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters. 5. Basic understand of industrial heating equipment is an advantage. 6. Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work at customer sites and travel when required.
