JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing and follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
