We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer with 3+ years of experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
1. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
2. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines and budgets.
5. Prepare and review BOQs, material submittals, technical documents, and shop drawings.
6. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
8. Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
9. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality management procedures.
10. Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
* Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
* Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools.
* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
* Ability to interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage.
* Good understanding of project planning, execution, quality control, and safety standards.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects.
* Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
* Knowledge of relevant IS standards, NBC, and local building regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
