JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Executive responsible for independently managing the process of recruitment includes initial screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews and salary negotiation.

Should be comfortable in screening the candidates through various sourcing methods. 

Performing in-person and tele-phonic interviews/conversation with candidates.

Explain the terms and conditions, collect required datas from the candidates and schedule interviews if their profile mathches the Job Description.

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. 

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year work experience in HR Executives, Tele Sales, or Customer Care. 

Very good communication skill and basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
