Oxyjobs looking for a motivated and experienced Structural Supervisor to oversee day-to-day structural construction activities at project site located in Hosur. The candidate will ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting project timelines.
1. Supervise structural construction activities including RCC, steel structures, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and masonry work.
2. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
3. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
4. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient site execution.
5. Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards and construction practices.
6. Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
7. Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays.
8. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory regulations at the project site.
9. Coordinate material requirements and monitor proper material usage.
10. Assist in project planning and timely completion of assigned work.
* Good knowledge of RCC and structural construction methods.
* Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
* Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
* Experience in commercial, or industrial construction projects.
* Ability to manage site activities independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
