We are seeking an accomplished MEP Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale MEP projects from planning through commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in project execution, team leadership, client coordination, budgeting &quality.
1. Plan, execute, and monitor MEP activities for industrial projects. 2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. 3. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. 4. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulations. 5. Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. 6. Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors. 7. Track project progress and prepare regular reports. 8. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 9. Ensure timely completion of projects within cost constraints. 10. Handle site issues, technical challenges, and client communications.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting). * Project planning & scheduling (MS Project / Primavera). * Budgeting and cost control. * Leadership and team management. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
