JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate must have the basic knowledge of Recruitment Process and Communication skills.
1. Responsible for independently managing all process of recruitment includes initial screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews and salary negotiation.
2. Should be comfortable in screening the candidates through various sourcing methods.
3. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
4. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates and explain the terms and conditions.
5. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
6. Performing reference and background checks.
7. Following up on the interview process status.
8. Completing timely reports on employment activity.
9. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements through job portals and social media.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
We prefer the candidates having experience in HR Recruitment/Customer care/Tele-calling/Educational counsellor etc.
