JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will handle accounts, taxation, and reporting while coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.
1. Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
2. Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
4. Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, and follow-up for receivables.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements — GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
6. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
7. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
8. Maintain asset registers and inventory accounting.
9. Support management in financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.
