JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate must have the basic knowledge of Recruitment Process and Communication skills.
HR Executive responsible for independently managing the process of recruitment includes initial screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews and salary negotiation.
Should be comfortable in screening the candidates through various sourcing methods.
Performing in-person and tele-phonic interviews/conversation with candidates.
Explain the terms and conditions, collect required data from the candidates and schedule interviews if their profile matches the Job Description.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Very good communication skill and basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
