JOB DESCRIPTION

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all electrical maintenance, installation, and repair activities in the beverages manufacturing plant. The role ensures uninterrupted power supply, safe operation of equipment, and compliance with statutory and company safety standards. Supervise daily electrical maintenance, installation, and repair activities across all plant areas — production, packaging, utilities, and warehouse. Assign tasks and monitor performance of electricians, technicians, and contract workers. Ensure continuous and reliable power supply for bottling lines, filling machines, chillers, compressors, and refrigeration systems. Supervise installation and commissioning of new electrical systems, machines, and equipment in coordination with project and maintenance teams. Respond to electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime. Diagnose faults in PLC panels, motors, drives, and automated systems. Provide technical guidance to technicians for quick and safe resolution of issues. Maintain updated records of electrical maintenance schedules, test reports, and breakdown logs. Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility departments to plan maintenance activities with minimal production impact. Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and energy efficiency.
