We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI Electrician to install, wire, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in industrial and commercial heating equipment. The candidate should be familiar with electrical panels, wiring, safety procedures, and field installation activities.
* Installation, commissioning and service of Industrial burners, Hot water Generators, Paint Baking Ovens. * Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule. * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and temperature control issues. * Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings. * Ensure proper functioning of burners, blowers, panels, and control systems. * Maintain service reports and installation documentation. * Coordinate with customers during installation and service activities.
Knowledge of electrical wiring and panel assembly. Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Familiarity with MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, VFDs (preferred), and temperature controllers. Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters. Basic understanding of industrial heating equipment is an advantage. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work at customer sites and travel when required.
