JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Executive supports the HR department in daily operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement. The role ensures accurate documentation, smooth HR processes, and compliance with company policies.
1. Identifying manpower requirements and posting openings.
2. Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
3. Coordinating with technical teams for final selection and conducting joining formalities and orientation.
4. Maintaining employee records and documentation.
5. Managing attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
6. Handling statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
