JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all operational activities in the mechanical plant. The role ensures efficient use of resources, adherence to quality standards, workplace safety, and timely delivery of projects, while driving continuous improvement. Plan and oversee daily operations. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Optimize resources and implement process improvements. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets. Manage procurement, inventory, and cost control. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong leadership and decision-making ability. Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing practices. Excellent communication and team management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and ERP systems.
