1. Supervise and execute mechanical construction activities at the project site.
2. Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
3. Monitor fabrication, erection, installation, piping, structural, and equipment works.
4. Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
5. Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
6. Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.
7. Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site execution.
8. Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with project specifications.
9. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and company policies.
11. Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
12. Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
13. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed mechanical systems.
14. Maintain records of work progress, material consumption, and project documentation.
15. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
16. Participate in client meetings, site reviews, and progress discussions.
17. Support cost control by minimizing material wastage and optimizing resources.
18. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
