JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing facility. The candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, adherence to safety standards, and efficient execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

1. Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
2. Monitor daily electrical operations and ensure smooth functioning of equipment and systems.
3. Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians and monitor work progress.
4. Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions.
5. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
6. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
7. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
8. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams.
9. Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage.
10. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
11. Assist in commissioning and testing of new electrical equipment.
12. Report maintenance status, issues, and improvement recommendations to management.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, panels, transformers, and switchgear.
