We are looking for motivated and disciplined Trainees to join the mobile phone manufacturing plant. Candidates will receive on-the-job training and work in various production and assembly processes while adhering to quality and safety standards.
1. Assemble mobile phone components according to standard operating procedures.
2. Operate production machinery and assembly line equipment after training.
3. Perform visual inspection of components and finished products.
4. Maintain production quality and meet daily output targets.
5. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety guidelines at all times.
6. Report defects, equipment issues, or production abnormalities to supervisors.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
8. Support packaging, testing, labeling, and material handling activities as required.
9. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
