We are seeking 2+ years experienced Pipeline Supervisor to oversee pipeline fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
1. Supervise daily pipeline fabrication and installation activities.
2. Plan, assign, and monitor the work of pipe fabricators, welders, fitters, and helpers.
3. Read and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and construction drawings.
4. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
5. Monitor welding, fit-up, alignment, hydrotesting, and installation activities.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
7. Coordinate with engineers, quality inspectors, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
8. Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material usage reports.
9. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and project requirements.
10. Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment.
* Strong knowledge of pipeline fabrication, installation, welding, and testing activities.
* Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of ASME, API, and other relevant piping codes and standards.
* Experience in coordinating site activities and managing project schedules.
* Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in preparing daily reports and work documentation.
