JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, Develop Automation/BMS solution and prepare IO Summary, BOQ, selection of field controllers, sensors, system architecture, wiring drawings.
Develops code to control mechanical devices used to deliver ventilation, steam, chilled water, hot water, and humidification.
Keeps supervisor informed of needs and actual or potential problems.
Provides technical guidance and support, including set-up, check-out, operation, and troubleshooting complex building automation and control systems; verifies the functional performance of systems.
Provides recommendations on equipment/systems operation and modification for energy conservation, efficiency, and reliability.
Performs emergency connections to neutralize alarm conditions and restore proper operation.
FBD/Script programming for complex logics of HVAC and Building.
Control logic development, dashboard development in Schneider EBO.
Assist in commissioning and documentation.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidate must have the ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, flow charts, schematics, and control sequences, which may also involve various software languages and formats.
