We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Mechanical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication and erection activities at the workshop or project site. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the planned schedule.
1. Assist in execution of structural, piping, and fabrication projects.
2. Support senior engineers in project planning and mechanical design activities.
3. Prepare and review fabrication drawings, layouts, and BOQ as per project requirements.
4. Coordinate with fabrication, erection, and site teams for smooth project execution.
5. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
6. Conduct inspections and quality checks during fabrication and installation.
7. Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
8. Maintain engineering documents and project records properly.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts.

* Experience in structural steel fabrication, mechanical ml construction, or industrial projects.
* Basic knowledge of fabrication, welding, erection, and mechanical installation processes.

* Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
* Knowledge of structural steel fabrication, piping, and mechanical erection.
* Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
* Ability to manage site activities and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
